Boat Transfer from Kuala Besut Jetty - Pulau Perhentian – Kuala Besut Jetty
- Normal Rate Two-way boat transfer: RM 70.00 nett per person.
Transfer is from Kuala Besut Jetty to Perhentian Island and vice versa. The boat transfer is subject to change without prior notice. It is subject to weather conditions and the rates are subject to change without prior notice OMBAK is not responsible for any cancellation of sea transfer, snorkeling trip and diving trip due to weather factor. - OMBAK will not compensate anything due to weather factor. The management of OMBAK reserves the rights of anytime without giving prior notice or reason whatsoever to withdraw, add, amend, modify, revise or vary the rate, privileges or terms and conditions.

Tourism Tax
Foreign tourists visiting Malaysia are subject to a Tourism Tax of RM 10 per room per night for their stay at accommodation establishments.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Check-In / Out Policy
Check-in time is after 3:00 pm. Check-out time is before 12.00 noon. Extension of check-out time up to 3:00 pm will be subject to a surcharge of 50% of the applicable room rates. Check-out after 3:00 pm will be charged to one night’s room charge. All extensions will be based on room availability only.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and revision of booking may be made in writing, by telephone or email. The following charges will apply:
- Cancelations made eight (4) to fourteen (7) days prior to the date of arrival will incur 50% charge.
- Cancelations made less than seven one (1) to seven (3) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge.
Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. - There would be NO REFUND for No Show, Cancellation of boat transfer, accommodation, meals or any other services provided not utilized.
- Any refunds will not cover foreign exchange rate differences or bank charges for refund.
- Confirmed booking are NON-TRANSFERABLE
OMBAK is not responsible for any cancellation of sea transfer, snorkeling trip and diving trip due to weather factor. OMBAK will not compensate anything due to weather factor.
